About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Change Management professional to join our Workforce Transformation practice within Infosys Consulting. As a Senior Leadership role, you will be responsible for leading and managing Change Management efforts for large complex transformation programmes/projects, and providing programme delivery leadership at a senior level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage Change Management efforts for large complex transformation programmes/projects
  • Provide programme delivery leadership at a senior level
  • Continuously strengthen and develop the OCM community
  • Responsible for OCM business development and pre-sales activities
  • Lead, build and drive go-to-market strategies
  • Design, develop and sustain OCM services offerings
  • Build and manage sustainable client relationships
  • Play an advisory role to client leaders in industry sectors
  • Responsible for quality and profitability on engagements
  • Lead and mentor other consultants within the Workforce Transformation practice

Requirements

We are looking for Change Management professionals with previous consulting experience at a senior level and a strong background in delivering change in an Energy/Utilities Environment. Key requirements include:

  • Business transformation and change management experience
  • Proven track record of successful business development
  • Experience in Digital Transformation, Agile and/or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) programmes
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, client service and networking skills
  • Broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills

Our Workforce Transformation practice within Infosys Consulting helps some of the largest global firms solve their biggest challenges and thus becomes a key part of the clients' transformation journey. We provide organizational change management (OCM) and training expertise, to make change both easy to adopt for people and successful for the clients' business.
