About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Leadership Role to spearhead market expansion and revenue growth within our Education Sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing strategic go-to-market plans and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize product performance and meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic go-to-market plans to drive market expansion and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product performance and meet business objectives
  • Lead the development of thought leadership initiatives to elevate Twinkl's presence in the education sector
  • Partner with school leaders to implement innovative teaching practices and generate research-based insights
  • Provide training and support to the sales team to enhance their understanding of Twinkl's products and market positioning
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to promote innovative teaching practices and build a network of education experts
  • Develop and maintain significant thought leading brand partnerships

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior leadership role within secondary schools or trusts
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, market trends, and develop actionable insights
  • Expertise in the education landscape, including trends, policies, and market dynamics
  • Ability to build and maintain significant thought leading brand partnerships
