The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Events Manager to join our team at Alexander House Hotel & Utopia Spa. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy levels
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients and prospects
  • Coordinate and execute events, conferences, and weddings to the highest standards
  • Work closely with the operational teams to ensure seamless event delivery
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and revenue growth
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets

Requirements

  • Proven sales and events experience within a quality hotel environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Driving license required for travel to and from appointments
