Job Overview

As a Sales Development Representative, German Speaker, you'll work closely with our Account Executives and Marketing department to ensure leads are effectively managed. You'll be responsible for:

  • Acting as the initial point of contact for new customers via our sales channels
  • Engaging with potential clients through calls, emails, and marketing efforts
  • Fostering connections with clientele and encouraging discussions about Box solutions
  • Demonstrating attentive listening skills when understanding customer requirements
  • Meeting established quota targets for territorial revenue growth consistently
  • Adhering to Box's standards while using the Salesforce system
  • Closing deals with smaller organisations occasionally

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Fluent German language skills
  • A strong interest in transitioning to a role in outbound sales
  • A team-centric mindset and ability to work well in a collaborative environment
  • Experience engaging with customers and resolving challenges effectively
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong relationship-building abilities
  • Strong communication skills and proven ability to identify customer opportunities
  • A four-year degree or equivalent professional experience

Preferred Experience

Previous experience in lead generation or sales roles, with a track record of success in performance-driven environments focused on meeting specific metrics.

Estimated Salary Range

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
