Sales Development Representative

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team at PROS. As the primary point of contact for prospective customers, you will be responsible for building relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a lead generation strategy to identify potential customers and drive sales growth.
- BUILD strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts through phone, email, and social channels.
- Qualify leads and nurture accounts through a defined discovery and qualification process.
- Utilize industry knowledge and experience to provide value-added solutions to prospects.
- PARTNER with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
- Collaborate with executive clients to understand their needs and challenges.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
Requirements:
- You should possess fluency in English and German, with additional languages such as French, Dutch, Norwegian, Swedish, and Danish being an asset.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and sales technology, including Salesforce.com.
- A proven track record of success in B2B phone sales/lead nurturing, driving sales for SaaS-based technology solution providers.
- Industry knowledge and/or experience in our target industries, including manufacturing, distribution, travel, transportation, logistics, and energy.
- An open-book approach, with a talent for delivering a compelling value proposition to senior executives.
What We Offer:
A competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, based on experience, plus benefits and career growth opportunities within PROS.
