**Social Work Opportunity:**

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking a skilled Social Worker to join their team in Taunton. As a Social Worker, you will be responsible for working with children and families to complete assessments and develop plans to ensure their safety and well-being.

Main Tasks:

  • Work with parents and the wider family network to identify strengths and tackle problems.
  • Conduct assessments to reflect individual circumstances, including needs and risk, alongside strengths and protective factors.
  • Chair meetings to review plans and make necessary amendments to ensure quality care.
  • Participate in a duty rota responding to crisis situations and supporting children to remain safely within their families.

Essential Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent in social work.
  • Current Social Work England registration.
  • Significant frontline experience in Children's Social Services within the UK working as a qualified Social Worker.
  • A minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience working with children and families in frontline Social Work.
  • Hold a full driving licence and have access to your own vehicle for travel within Somerset.

Salary Information:

The salary for this role is £41 per hour (assignment rate), making it an attractive opportunity for Social Workers looking to advance their careers.
