Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular inspections of buildings and equipment to identify potential maintenance issues.
  • Carry out routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, decorating, and grounds maintenance.
  • Respond promptly to emergency repairs and breakdowns, minimizing disruption to daily operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance work performed and order necessary supplies and materials.
  • Work collaboratively with staff and residents to ensure their needs are met.
