Child and Family Support Lead

We are seeking an experienced social worker to join our team in Somerset County Council, working with children with disabilities.
As a qualified social worker registered with Social Work England, you will have substantial experience working with children and families in social work. Our team offers great training and development opportunities, along with a supportive and skilled permanent management team.
Salary: £38,000 - £48,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
Job Description:
- Provide support and guidance to families with children with disabilities.
- Develop and implement plans to improve outcomes for children.
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements:
- Qualified social worker registered with Social Work England.
