Child Support Coordinator

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our fostering community as foster carers. As a foster carer, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and loving home for children who cannot live with their own families.
Our client represents 15 local councils across the South West, working together to provide high-quality services to children and young people in need. We believe in the importance of providing a stable and nurturing environment for those in our care, and we strive to deliver services that meet the unique needs of each child.
Responsibilities
- Caring for a child as part of your family, providing emotional support, guidance, and stability
- Working closely with the team around the child, including social workers, educators, and healthcare professionals, to ensure the child's needs are met
- Helping to facilitate regular meetings between the child and their birth family, if appropriate
- Receiving an allowance to cover the costs associated with caring for the child or children
