Community Support Specialist

Earn from £12.50ph - £14.00ph – Pay dependant on days and hours worked. This exciting role involves working within Empower's highly regarded community Outreach Team, supporting children, families, and carers within the community and in times of crisis.
Key Responsibilities- Support daily routines, provide mentor support, and help young people and families work through challenges.
- Helping a baby or family in hospital, conducting supervised contact, or supporting a young person build their confidence.
- You will need to be a caring, resilient, and adaptable team player.
- A positive and motivated individual with previous experience within a support work role with children, young people & families would be advantageous.
- Driving license and access to a reliable vehicle is required.
