Conveyancing Support Specialist

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated Conveyancing Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at Team Jobs - Commercial. The ideal candidate will provide vital support to the conveyancing department, assisting with the progression of residential property transactions from instruction to completion.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assisting solicitors with all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and re-mortgages.
- Preparing and drafting correspondence, legal documents, and forms related to property transactions.
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and mortgage lenders to ensure the smooth progression of transactions.
- Conducting searches, including Land Registry applications and SDLT submissions.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all client communications and case progress.
- Dealing with general administrative duties, such as file management and document collation.
**Requirements**
- Previous experience in a conveyancing or legal assistant role, ideally within residential property.
- Strong understanding of the conveyancing process and property law.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise professionally with clients and third parties.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
