Job Overview

Insight Select, a leading insurance industry player, seeks a seasoned Commercial Account Executive to join their Ipswich office on a full-time basis. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for fostering relationships with existing clients and developing new business through strategic networking and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • New Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted networking and engagement.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with market trends and developments, ensuring Insight Select remains competitive and relevant.
  • Communication and Presentation: Effectively communicate with clients, both verbally and in writing, and present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of two years' experience in commercial sales, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Proven track record of successful business development and relationship management.
Package:
  • Base Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 per annum.
  • Benefits: 22 days' annual leave, plus bank holidays, life assurance, income protection, excellent pension scheme, and healthcare benefits.
