Commercial Account Executive
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join Insight Select in Ipswich on a full-time, permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building relationships with new and existing clients, as well as developing new business through networking and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, developing their accounts and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Actively seek out new clients and expand our customer base.
- Attend regular networking events to establish new relationships and identify potential leads.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Plan and attend client meetings to discuss account development and sales opportunities.
- Remain proactive in the market, continually gathering intelligence on new business opportunities and leads.
- At least two years' experience in commercial sales.
- Confidence in approaching new business, both over the phone and in person.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to build and grow relationships with new and existing clients.
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is preferred but not essential.
- Base salary: £35,000 - £38,000 per annum.
- Full-time, office-based position with regular attendance at external events.
- 22 days' holiday plus bank holidays.

- The estimated salary for this role is around £37,500.
