Key responsibilities include:
- Providing HR guidance and support to directors, managers, and employees.
- Coordinating with the HR administration department on payroll, employee records, and regulatory compliance.
- Assisting in managing disciplinary procedures, litigious situations, and workplace health regulations.
- Overseeing the recruitment process, from defining needs to organising interviews and managing integration of new hires.
- Contributing to the training needs analysis and the preparation of the annual training plan.
- Ensuring the effective organisation of annual performance reviews and professional interviews.
- Implementing and managing HR policies and projects as per the directives of the Group HR Department.
- Monitoring legal compliance with English law concerning HR practices, ensuring internal consistency.
- Managing and developing the HR team, promoting a positive and performance-driven culture.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Higher education degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of significant experience in a generalist HR management role.
- Comprehensive knowledge and practical experience in labour law.
- Proficiency in HR administration, payroll, recruitment, training, and skills development.
- Strong leadership, proposal-making, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate and listen effectively.
