About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team at Michael Page (UK). As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing people strategies aligned with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR solutions to drive business performance and growth
- Collaborate with HR teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Manage HR-related projects and initiatives to ensure successful outcomes
- Provide expert advice and guidance on HR best practices and legislation
- Support change management processes and organizational development initiatives
Requirements
- Fluent in French, both written and verbal
- Experience in strategic and operational HR roles
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and legislation, ideally in the UK and France
- Experience in change management and organizational development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
What We Offer
