About the Opportunity

This Service Delivery Manager position at Ivolve Group presents a unique chance to make a difference every day. As a natural leader and organiser, you will be responsible for ensuring consistent and reliable care across multiple locations.

Key Accountabilities
  • Reporting to the Area Manager, you will lead your team to provide high-quality care and support to adults with diverse needs.
  • Develop and implement plans to ensure your team follows our Quality Framework and i statements outlining our care delivery approach.
  • Maintain a safe, effective, caring, responsive environment that is well-led and compliant with regulatory frameworks.
  • You will be accountable for delivering agreed hours for each service and meeting commercial performance levels.
  • Familiarity with the regulatory framework of service provision, including the Care Standards Act 2000 and CQC.
  • Obligatory training qualifications, e.g., fire safety, first aid, food hygiene, manual handling, and Health and Safety awareness.
