Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team at Regional Recruitment Services. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across various sectors, with a focus on the office furniture and interiors market.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and opportunities for growth
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and offering customized solutions across all services
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to create and implement effective sales strategies
  • Present sales proposals to potential clients and negotiate contracts to meet sales targets
  • Work closely with our operations team to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a strong track record of success in the office furniture and interiors sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and develop effective solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of the office furniture and interiors market, with a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices
