Job Title: Senior Business Operations Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Operations Executive to join our team at IFS. As a key member of our Business Operations team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving sales efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor business performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement processes to optimize sales activities and pipeline growth.
  • Ensure CRM accuracy and hygiene, including forecasting, pipeline management, and deal reviews.
  • Implement and execute GTM strategies to drive business growth.
  • Monitor execution against FY plans and revenue forecasts, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate and monitor activities with account executives, first-line sales managers, and MU leaders.
  • Control and analyze pipeline growth initiatives, including demand generation activities.
  • Implement and optimize processes around deal desk, CRM, forecasting, and pipeline in connection with the global team.
  • Help implement and execute corporate business operations programs.
  • Manage sales compensation, including alignment with global teams on quotas and sales compensation plans.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working in an international and matrix organization.
  • Strong team player with a focus on creating long-term value for the team.
  • Knowledge of enterprise IT system sales cycles.
  • History in sales-related processes and working with CRM solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to multi-task, and work under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local language.
  • Internal and external focus on customers and work ethic based on a strong desire to fulfill expectations.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and deliver results with high quality.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Highly educated in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or similar area.
  • 5+ years of professional working history within Business Operations or role-related functions.
