Key Responsibilities- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including AE, First Line Sales Managers, MD, and Regional Business Operations Director, to monitor business performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with the Regional Business Operations team and local Business Operations team to ensure seamless support to the field.
- Lead sales activities and performance analysis to enhance sales efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure CRM accuracy and hygiene, including Forecast, Pipeline, DARs submission, and Deal reviews.
- Implement and optimize processes around Deal Desk, CRM, Forecasting, and Pipeline in conjunction with the Global team.
- Support the implementation and execution of Corporate Business Operations programs.
- Manage sales compensation, quotas, and sales compensation plans, serving as the entry point for sales management and the field for all compensation-related topics.
- Work closely with AE's to complete DAR's, increase pipeline, and resolve any issues in the business operations area.
- Proven experience working in an international and matrix organization, preferably in a matrix org.
- A team-player with a focus on creating long-term value for the team.
- Knowledge of enterprise IT system sales cycles.
- History in sales-related processes and working with CRM solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to multi-task, and work under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local language.
- Internal and external focus on customers, with a strong work ethic based on a desire to fulfill expectations.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and deliver results with high quality.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Highly educated in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or similar area.
- 5+ years of professional working history within Business Operations or role-related functions.
- French language skills desirable.
