Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage the EMEA marketing budget in Allocadia, ensuring efficient processes and timely issue resolution.
  2. Collaborate with the Marketing Vendor team and Procurement to drive growth and optimize marketing efforts.
  3. Align marketing, tele-marketing, and Sales functions to drive SLAs and lead/demand unit scoring thresholds.
  4. Develop and maintain regional dashboards and reports, providing insights and recommendations for business process improvement.
  5. Support global business process improvement initiatives, championing process improvement and optimization.
Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

· 2+ years of experience in B2B Marketing functions

· Proven experience working across marketing functions and collaboratively with other functions

· Experience with budget tools, visualization tools, and productivity tools

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for data and analysis
