Job Title: Senior Business Operations Executive

At IFS, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Operations Executive to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor business performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance sales efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure CRM accuracy and hygiene, including forecasting, pipeline management, and deal reviews.
  • Implement and optimize sales processes, including deal desk, CRM, and forecasting.
  • Coordinate with regional and local business operations teams to provide support to the field.
  • Monitor execution against FY plan and revenue forecast, and conduct gap analysis.
  • Coordinate and monitor activities of account executives, first-line sales managers, and MU leaders.
  • Control and analyze pipeline, and support pipeline growth initiatives, including demand generation activities.
Requirements:
  • History of working in an international and matrix organization.
  • Strong team player with a focus on creating long-term value for the team.
  • Knowledge of enterprise IT system sales cycles.
  • History in sales-related processes and CRM solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to multi-task, and work under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local language.
  • Internal and external focus on customers, with a strong work ethic based on a desire to fulfill expectations.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and deliver results with high quality.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Highly educated in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or similar area.
  • 5+ years of professional working history within Business Operations or role-related functions.
