Community Lead Nurse

We are looking for an experienced Nurse who can lead our community nursing team, manage caseloads, and support staff development. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to allocate patient visits effectively, and engage complex patients to agree mutually beneficial treatment plans.
This role requires the ability to work alongside the leadership team to ensure proactive and effective care delivery, liaising with the multidisciplinary team to provide individualized and evidence-based care to our patients.
The successful candidate will have leadership experience, clinical skills relevant to community nursing, and Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) working experience. They must also be able to manage a caseload and support staff within the team to develop their own skills.
We offer a competitive salary of approximately £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a generous annual leave package, flexible working options, and extensive health and wellbeing support. Our lease car scheme is available for those who complete more than 500 business miles per annum, and we also offer a salary sacrifice bike scheme.
