Administrative Support Specialist

Role Overview:
The Sleep Coordinator role is responsible for providing administrative support to medical and nursing staff within the specialty team. This includes organizing workload, communicating appointment information to patients, and ensuring compliance with patient access policies.
Main Duties:
- Providing secretarial and waiting list management support
- Supervising the administration team
- Ensuring inpatient waiting lists are managed according to divisional requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting medical and nursing staff in organizing workload and communicating patient information
- Providing supervision and guidance to the administration team
- Ensuring compliance with Patient Access Policy and divisional requirements
Requirements:
- Good general education
- Knowledge of Microsoft packages
- Understanding of medical terminology
- Experience in similar roles
Salary Information: £26,530 - £29,114 per year (pro rata), closing date 19/12/2024.
