  3. Taking phone calls, enquiries, and requests, and handling them where appropriate
  4. Providing back-office support
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Experience working in a financial planning firm
  • Motivation, friendliness, and professionalism at all times
  • Confidence with IT and office software packages, including Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel
