About the Job

NJR Recruitment seeks a highly organized Financial Services Coordinator to support their team in Newcastle under Lyme. In this role, you will assist the Financial Planning team with various tasks, including technical support, report writing, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Offer technical assistance to the Financial Planning team.
  • Prepare and distribute client financial planning reports.
  • Conduct research and analysis on client data.
  • Calculate tax amounts and maintain accurate records.
  • Process new business transactions and issue valuations.
  • Liaise with clients through phone and face-to-face interactions.
  • Prepare client files and reviews for submission.
  • Review and validate documents for accuracy.

The estimated salary for this position is up to £28,000 per annum, reflecting the competitive market rate for this role in Stoke on Trent.
