Vast Services Community Outreach Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Vast Services Community Outreach Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality services to our clients and making a real difference in their lives.
About the Role:- This is a part-time position, approximately 16 hours per week, where you will work closely with colleagues to deliver excellent services to our clients.
- You will be responsible for conducting outreach activities, providing advisory support and guidance to clients, and promoting the services offered by Vast Services: Investing in communities.
- Complete training and induction to ensure you have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role.
- Talk to clients over the phone or email/webchat to explore their problems and provide guidance on available options.
- Conduct research to find relevant information and help clients understand their options.
- Look out for problems that are common or unfair and write reports or letters to elected officials to advocate for change.
- No prior experience is necessary, as you will receive comprehensive training.
- Be willing to learn about and follow the Citizens Advice aims, principles, and policies, including confidentiality and data protection.
- Be available to attend two training days at the Hanley office and complete e-learning at home or at your preferred location.
- A competitive salary of £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Reimbursement for vehicle travel expenses.

£26,500-£31,200 per annum (based on 20 hours per week).
