Reception Services Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Receptionist to join our team at Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our administration staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional reception services to our clients and visitors.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in an administrative role, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing a warm and welcoming service to all visitors and clients
- Answering telephone calls and responding to enquiries in a professional manner
- Supporting the administration team with tasks such as data inputting and room bookings
- Liaising with staff at all levels throughout the Trust
- Meeting and greeting patients on arrival and booking them in as required

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- IT skills to RSA 2 level
- Good keyboard skills
