About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Administrator to join our team at City and County Healthcare Group Ltd. In this exciting role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that all compliance tracking and administration is processed efficiently and effectively.

Job Description

This is an opportunity for a skilled administrator to work within our Care Services division. As a Compliance Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the compliance process for care workers who support our service users to stay in their own homes and maintain their independence.

You will ensure that all procedures are followed accurately and efficiently, and that the right candidates are able to commence employment with us as quickly as possible without compromising the safety and security of our service users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process compliance tracking and administration in accordance with company procedures.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements
  • Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Proven experience in administration or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
