Nurse Team Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Community Nurse to join our North Alliance Community Nursing Teams at Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled nurse to lead our community nursing team, manage caseloads, and support staff development.
The successful candidate will have a degree in nursing or equivalent, NMC registration, and a Mentorship/Assessor Qualification.
The role involves allocating patient visits within the skill set for the community nursing team, demonstrating care, compassion, and empathy, and role modelling the trust values.
The ideal candidate will have leadership experience, clinical skills relevant to community nursing, MDT working, and caseload management experience.
In return for your hard work and dedication, you will receive a competitive salary of approximately £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a generous annual leave package, flexible working options, and extensive health and wellbeing support.
