We're recruiting an Area Sales Manager for the Yorkshire region, providing a fantastic opportunity for you to make your mark, develop relationships, and grow existing business.



The Role

This full-time position comes with a competitive salary, car allowance, and comprehensive benefits package. You'll have the autonomy to sell innovative solutions, add value, and utilise our trusted brand. Your primary goal will be to identify, influence, and deliver a robust pipeline of projects with specifiers and contractors. You'll negotiate, develop, and implement specific business plans to achieve regional sales targets, promoting early pre-tender engagement and preparing project-related value propositions and solutions.




  • You'll attend regular meetings across your region, preparing monthly, quarterly, and yearly forecasts to support planning.
  • As a key member of our team, you'll be expected to live on patch, possess a valid UK driving license, own a car, and be willing to travel within the designated area covering Yorkshire.

  • A customer-centric approach, ensuring their needs are met through exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organisational and analytical skills, enabling you to achieve targets through strategic implementation and commercial acumen.
  • The ability to support, influence, and enthuse others, showcasing energy and a clear ambition to progress and learn.
  • Prior experience in external sales, preferably with Specification or Technical Sales exposure.
  • Proficiency in using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to develop valuable presentations.
