Territory Sales Manager Opportunity
Macgregor Cavendish (UK) Ltd is seeking a skilled Territory Sales Manager to join their team in the Parcel Industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Exceed revenue budget by ensuring customers have regular contact from depot-based colleagues to minimize attrition.
- Develop and implement market sector development plans within the catchment area.
- Identify and qualify customer opportunities for new product sales.
- Develop a good working relationship with all Group departments.
- Exceed personal new business target/budget.
- Develop and broaden relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities for new product sales.
- Maximize sales penetration within each customer by selling the complete range of services.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in the delivery/logistics sector or Retail, FMCG sector.
- Strong sales skills, including prospecting, qualifying, networking, and campaign management.
- Detailed understanding of the sales process and demonstration of world-class sales rigor, hunger, and determination.
- Proven track record of closing major opportunities and professional sales and negotiating training.
- Proven sales ability with historic success at exceeding new business targets while excelling at customer retention through professional account management, development, and planning skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and ability to facilitate discussions.
- Able to travel within the designated territory and work with minimal supervision.
- Microsoft skills, including Excel, Word, Email, Access, and PowerPoint.
