Job Summary:

As a Customer Development Executive, you will help grow Britvic's market share of the soft drinks category within your defined territory. You'll work as part of a successful team, driving sales of a fantastic portfolio of Britvic products, including Pepsi Max, 7Up, Lipton, Tango, Robinson's, Rockstar, and Jimmy's. Your goal is to maximize brand availability and visibility in Symbol and Independent stores.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing retailers, identifying new business opportunities.
  • Create a comprehensive business plan for your territory, focused on maximizing sales potential.
  • Partner with customers to understand their needs, delivering tailored solutions that drive growth.
  • Implement a winning territory business strategy, leveraging data and insights to inform your approach.
  • Deliver exceptional results, meeting key performance metrics and inspiring colleagues to achieve excellence.

About You:

We're looking for a fun, passionate, driven, and target-oriented team player who can bring our brands to life. You'll need to be entrepreneurial in spirit, with a focus on driving new business and maintaining sustainable relationships. Excellent administration, organizational, and planning skills are essential, along with a full valid manual driving license and eligibility to work in the UK.

  • A competitive salary of £29,750 per annum, plus a 20% quarterly bonus.
