Outbound Sales Professional

In this exciting role as a Telesales Advisor with The Recruitment Co., you will play a key part in driving business growth and revenue through the development of new business leads and the conversion of existing ones into successful placements.
You will work closely with our existing client base to identify new opportunities and develop strategic relationships that drive growth and revenue. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients and colleagues, you will be an integral part of our sales team.
We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, enthusiastic, and has a passion for sales. If you have a proven ability to meet and exceed targets, we want to hear from you The estimated salary for this role is £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience.
