Salary and Benefits

Job Description
  • To ensure that their home Service Centre exceeds its revenue budget by exceeding personal new business targets, building close working relationships with prospective customers, developing market sector plans, identifying customer opportunities, and maximising sales penetration within each customer.
  • Work closely with the Service Centre General Manager & Sales Director to implement the sales strategy and business plan for the Area, making best use of fleet capacity to collect from prospect customers.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets in line with company growth across all services, work with the Bid Management Team to deliver effective tender responses, and demonstrate strong knowledge of the company's product portfolio and associated features and benefits.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience within the delivery/logistics sector or Retail/FMCG sector, with strong sales skills, detailed understanding of the sales process, and proven track record of closing major opportunities. Professional sales and negotiating training, excellent presentation skills, problem-solving abilities, and ability to travel within designated territory are also essential.

We are looking for a results-driven, self-confident individual with an ability to empathise with clients at all levels, able to work both alone and as part of a team, with consistent drive and energy, positive attitude, and flexible work ethic.
