Regional Sales Development Manager

We are seeking a talented Regional Sales Development Manager to join our team at Gleeson Homes.
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets in the Northumberland and Middlesbrough regions.
The ideal candidate will have experience in customer-facing roles, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will also possess excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
In this varied and interesting role, you will be working across different areas, including sales administration, market research, and competitor analysis. You will be required to travel to sites across the region, so a full driving license is essential.
A competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits, including 26 days holiday entitlement, discretionary bonus scheme, and private medical insurance scheme.
