About the Opportunity:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team in the Northeast region. As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for managing market share within allocated geographic areas, industries, or accounts. You will also develop and expand on long-term basis certain nominated and parent company established Global accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

Your primary responsibilities will include continuous focus, action, and target setting for developing new business and building new customer bases in the Northeast region. You will be accountable for establishing both annual and monthly sales objectives in coordination with our strategic plan. Additionally, you will implement the sales and marketing plans, follow-up leads generated by marketing activities, and provide an Industry and product reporting package as determined by Company Management.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have proven sales experience within Instrumentation, Flow Control, Sensors, Valves, Pumps, Pneumatics or similar fields. A clean driving license and good communication skills are also essential. You should be able to maintain appropriate data and information on our CRM system and assist in the reporting, controlling, forecasting, and managing of the allocated industries and accounts within your area of responsibility.
