Car Sales Team Lead

We are seeking an ambitious and driven individual to take on the role of Trainee Car Sales Manager at our Client's busy Dealership in Harrogate. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Car Sales Department, ensuring that all members of the team work together effectively to achieve maximum sales revenue and profit margins.
As a highly skilled leader, you will be responsible for motivating and guiding the Sales Team to consistently meet and exceed targets. You will also be required to develop and implement effective sales strategies, working closely with colleagues to ensure seamless integration across departments.
