About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Engineer for Equipment Optimization to join our team. As a Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring equipment availability through continuous improvement, conducting preventative maintenance on time to a high standard, and ensuring safety regulations and policies are adhered to.

About the Responsibilities

The estimated salary for this role is €65,000 - €85,000 per year, depending on experience. Key responsibilities include:

  • Work in a hands-on manner and demonstrate SME levels of knowledge on all MHE in the building.
  • Support the line manager and supervise the shift in their absence.
  • Manage contractors and support continuous improvement of systems across the EU network.
  • Understanding of OEE and equipment performance metrics.
About You

We are looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals with strong technical skills and experience in automation or complex MHE environments. Solid foundational knowledge of PLC based controls systems is also required. The ability to communicate written and verbally in English and the local language at CEFR Level B2 or higher is essential. Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize many different projects and workload is also required.
