This dynamic role offers an exceptional opportunity to drive business growth in the North East region. As a Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that exceeds targets and contributes to the company's success.

About the Opportunity
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the construction market in the North East region, with a proven track record in sales or business development. Experience in the fenestration industry is highly desirable, as is knowledge of company windows products and strong commercial acumen.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve regional sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, specifiers, main contractors, and other industry professionals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and delivery of products and services

Requirements
- Strong understanding of the construction market in the North East region
- Proven track record in sales or business development, preferably within the fenestration industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a focus on achieving sales targets

Benefits
- Salary: £60,000 per annum
- Quarterly sales incentive programme (results-oriented targets) - maximum 40% paid quarterly, and individual targets - maximum 10% paid annually
- Vehicle allowance: £663 per month
- Broadband: £15 per month
- Access to enhanced pension scheme (min 3% EE & 6% employer contribution)
