**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team at Citrus Recruit. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strong relationships with clients, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
**Responsibilities:
- Manage your sales pipeline, making outbound calls to prospective companies and taking inbound sales calls
- Hit individual and team KPIs and targets
- Prospect new clients by phone call, email, and social selling
- Build relationships quickly on the phone using a consultative sales approach
**Requirements:**
- Experience in a desk-based sales role, making outbound calls to B2C or B2B customers
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proactive in your approach to sales and resilient
**What We Offer:**
- Salary up to £24,000
- OTE an additional £8,000 (uncapped)
