**Role Overview**

This Sales/Account Manager Management Apprentice role is designed for individuals who are passionate about building strong relationships and driving business growth.

As a member of our team, you will learn to deeply understand customer needs, navigate complex sales cycles, and develop long-term consultative partnerships.

The ideal candidate will be curious, adaptable, and able to operate in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential business clients
  • Conduct in-depth client assessments and craft tailored sales proposals
  • Cultivate trust-based, consultative partnerships with customers
  • Develop commercial acumen and identify new growth opportunities

About the Apprenticeship Programme

This 42-month fixed-term contract includes a BSc (Hons) degree in Business-to-Business Sales. You will work towards your studies in your 20% off-the-job time by learning and developing your skills, knowledge, and behaviours.

We offer a competitive salary range of £30,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.
