As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating new leads, conducting consultative sales, executing targeted sales campaigns, collaborating with the marketing team, and supporting market development initiatives.

Key responsibilities include lead generation through outbound calls, converting warm leads to meet sales targets, consulting with key decision-makers to understand their needs, providing tailored solutions, and executing targeted cold-calling campaigns to achieve ambitious sales goals.


Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need exceptional verbal and written communication skills, previous telesales experience, a consultative approach, the ability to engage in meaningful solution-oriented discussions, and a target-driven mindset. Additionally, you should be honest, proactive, and dependable, with a strong drive to exceed sales goals.

A minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales role is required, with ideally some experience selling training but not essential. You should also have a competitive salary range of £25,000 - £30,000 per year, offering a benefits package including holidays, health insurance, pension plan, birthday leave, additional leave, casual dress code, and commission pay.
