Business Development Sales Professional

Location: Based in the Cardiff branch of Thornhvac, with a focus on serving customers across South Wales.
About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Internal Sales Engineer to join our team in Cardiff. As a Business Development Sales Professional, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with existing and new customers in the air conditioning and refrigeration industry. Your technical expertise, combined with excellent communication skills, will enable you to provide tailored solutions to meet the needs of our clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide quotations and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies to drive growth in the A/C division.
- Maintain accurate stock control and ensure efficient purchasing processes.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will require a background in air conditioning and refrigeration, with a strong understanding of related products and equipment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to work proactively and build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike. Proficiency in IT systems, including quotation software, is also required.
