Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Partnership Executive to lead partnerships and drive business growth in the sports industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partnership Leadership & Management: Oversee all aspects of partnership lifecycle, including onboarding, regular reviews, escalations, and nurturing.
  • Partnership Performance: Lead performance management, from revenue to profitability to satisfaction. Analyze performance metrics to maximize financial returns for Fanatics and partners.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with senior executives and internal teams to ensure alignment and delivery of partnership goals.
  • Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders at partner organizations.
  • Strategic Business Reviews: Lead performance reviews against contract and business plans with partners.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 8+ years in partnerships, account management, or business development with a focus on sports industry.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial mindset with a track record of driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data sets and market trends.

Compensation Package: $120,000 - $180,000 per year (estimated)
