About the Division

THG Media is responsible for creating engaging content that grows audiences and then monetizing these eyeballs and communities through advertising. Our brands produce content across various verticals (News, Classifieds, Beauty, Fitness, Film & TV) and connect relevant advertisers to a connected user base.

As a Senior Alliances Account Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic partnerships and fostering long-lasting relationships with key alliances, including Technology Businesses and Agencies. Your responsibility will be to develop and execute comprehensive alliance strategies that align with our company's overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and Develop Strategic Alliances: Research, identify, and develop strategic alliances with complementary companies that can enhance our market position and drive revenue growth.
  • Negotiate and Manage Contracts: Negotiate and manage alliance agreements, ensuring they are mutually beneficial and align with our company's goals.
  • Drive Joint Go-to-Market Initiatives: Collaborate with internal teams and alliance partners to develop and execute joint go-to-market initiatives, including marketing campaigns, sales enablement programs, and product integrations.
  • Measure and Analyse Performance: Monitor and analyse the performance of alliance partnerships, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimising results.
  • Build and Maintain Strong Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key executives and decision-makers at alliance partners, ensuring ongoing collaboration and alignment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, partnerships, alliances management, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and managing strategic partnerships.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Deep understanding of the technology industry and market trends.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
