**Senior Partnerships Executive - Myprotein**

Reporting into the Partnerships Manager, you will support the further development of Myprotein's Partnerships Programme by helping to create and execute a vision set by the Partnerships Manager and support on building strategic plans to deliver results. You will be co-responsible responsible for the partnerships channel, including partner recruitment, onboarding, retention, budget management as well as compliance for the channel.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Development of new & existing Partnership leads: Securing opportunities with on-brand partnerships, utilising the Myprotein business model as a key UP hook
- Sourcing opportunities across social, content, at basket and additional media touch points
- Driving new business growth cross-channel in line with Myprotein Partnership pillars
- Securing investment from payment partners to fund ATL activations
- Outreaching to prospective partners regarding collaborative ways of working
- Co-ordinating activations with the relevant departments i.e. finance, legal, social etc
- Ensuring managed accounts are working towards agreed KPIs
- Working closely with the Global Head of Affiliates & Commercial Partnerships, as well as the country managers on the overall strategy for Myprotein and the Partnerships channel
- Preparing and delivering reports on channel performance
- Making quick judgement calls on performance data and implementing changes
- Working closely with the junior team members providing training where needed
- Success tracking: Working with our internal stakeholders to accurately measure success and relaying back to Partners, showcasing opportunities to scale
- Building strong professional relationships internally with the wider marketing teams
- Staying on top of industry trends and new features
- Working with senior management on strategic challenges

**Requirements**:

- 1+ years in a similar role
- Really understand the Myprotein brand: Live the brand in a way we ensure Partners want to join our journey
- Ability to manage management stakeholders both internally and externally
- Analysing opportunities and prioritising accordingly based upon business impact
- Ability to lead conversations with input from the team and the wider business
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in managing relationships
- Successful track record in D2C, Sports Nutrition, Retail, Business Development or similar background
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to plan and manage resources
