We're seeking a driven and ambitious professional to join our team as a Business Growth and Partnership Executive. As a key member of our account management team, you'll play a crucial role in driving business growth and partnership development.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic company, working with key clients to develop relationships and drive business success. You'll be responsible for managing specific areas within established accounts worth £10m, working closely with internal teams, and becoming a trusted advisor to clients.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Managing and growing key accounts with multi-million pound spends
  • Understanding the challenges of multiple location accounts (local, regional, head office)
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients across multiple decision makers

About You:

We're looking for someone with a background in selling products/services to high street retailers, a passion for retail creation, design, and consumer experience, and an understanding of the industry. You should have excellent communication skills, be organised, and able to analyse performance metrics.

What We Offer:

Up to £80,000 basic salary, annual bonus scheme, Company Car Allowance, 5% Contributory Pension, Life assurance, and 25 days holiday.
