Business Partnership Manager

We are looking for an experienced Industry Engagement Lead to join our team at The Growth Company. As a Business Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and evaluating influential contacts, developing stakeholder maps, and coordinating stakeholder requests for meetings and connections.
The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering relationship-building and stakeholder management. They will also have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work effectively with senior private and public sector contacts.
In this role, you will be required to map out the local business support landscape across the five northwest BBs, facilitate referrals into and out of partner and intermediary organisations, and provide effective support by developing long-term partner strategies.
As part of this role, you will also be expected to lead local events, offer support and guidance to the Adviser teams, and work closely with the marketing team to co-ordinate plans, events, and activities in support of their marketing and lead generation activities.
We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including flexible working arrangements, opportunities for professional development, and a supportive and collaborative work environment.
