Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Business Growth and Partnerships Lead to drive business growth and expand our network of Microsoft partners. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth, identifying and acquiring new Microsoft partners, and building and maintaining strategic relationships with existing partners.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem and a proven track record of success in business development and partnership management. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a robust pipeline of new business, developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth, including identifying and acquiring new Microsoft partners and developing and maintaining strategic relationships with existing partners.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong, consistent pipeline of new business, regularly tracking and forecasting potential partnerships.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of business development strategies.

Requirements:

  • Microsoft Ecosystem Experience: Previous experience working at Microsoft or with Microsoft partners is essential.
  • Sales & Business Development Expertise: Proven track record in a business development or sales role, within the Microsoft Channel sector.
  • Excellent Communicator: Strong presentation and networking skills, with the confidence to engage at industry events.
  • Remote & Travel Flexibility: Ability to work remotely, with occasional travel to partner sites as required.
  • Ambitious & Results-Driven: A goal-oriented mindset, with a passion for building and expanding partnerships.

Salary: £90k OTE (On-Target Earnings)
