We're seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team and drive business growth initiatives.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to support our growth plans
- Collaborate with our Marketing team to create engaging content and promotional materials
- Manage pipeline tracking and data analysis
- Lead event activities and networking events
- Foster relationships with internal and external partners
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in business development, preferably within a legal services environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience in designing client-focused materials
- Creative thinking and ability to engage confidently with individuals at all levels
- Able to manage multiple projects and thrive under pressure
